Our Goal

Skilled physical and occupational therapists in cancer care can assess for deficits, create an exercise plan and teach manual therapies such as self manual lymph drainage to potentially prevent lymphedema and arm morbidities. For patients who have developed pain, stiffness, or swelling, physical and occupational therapists can address these areas with specialized manual techniques, exercises and further education to optimize functional mobility.
